The Records of URSI General Assemblies (three-yearly, following each Assembly) contain the principal Recommendations and Resolutions adopted, and a summary account of the other business transacted during the Assemblies by the URSI Council and the Scientific Commissions. The Records of URSI General Assemblies can be purchased from the URSI Secretariat, but may be downloaded free of charge.
